●Role & Responsibility

- Lead multiple function team to design & execute shopper based market strategy to drive better sales, market share and profit.

- Lead in-store activity to build brand equity and inspire the shopper into buyers.

- Align, Sell, and Execute business plans

• Align the business objective/strategy/plan internally and externally

• Improve in-store presence (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving, and Merchandising).

• Analyze and interpret data to find ways to build the business.

• Manage Trade funds by Category Plan at key customers

- Create Joint Value with Customers (Retailers) by developing productive working relationships.
