●ITLP란?
IT 분야의 인재를 양성하는 Information Technology Leadership Program (ITLP - 정규직) 으로 GE의 특화된 리더십 프로그램입니다. 2년간 2-3 국가 전환 근무(rotational assignments)를 수행함으로써 leadership, technical, functional skills을 갖춘 IT 분야의 뛰어난 인재로 육성되기 위한 훈련 프로그램으로 정규직 채용이며 2년 프로그램 마친 후 사업부로 배치 예정입니다
●지원자격
- 학사 또는 석사학위 (IT, IS, Computer related field. Engineering, Statistic, Quality or Operation filed) 소지자
- 2013년8월 및 2014년2월 졸업예정자, 기졸업자 /경력 2년 미만 자
- 병역필 또는 면제자
- 국내 및 해외 여행에 제약 사유가 없는 사람
- 영어 의사 소통 능력: 해외 근무를 위한 업무 영어 가능자
* 공인어학점수 소지 시 필수기재 (TOEIC 기준 850점 이상 우대)
* 우대사항 - 중국어 / 일어를 포함한 3개국어 능통자
* 기타 안내는 첨부된 영문자료를 참고 바람

- Support & Assist IT Application Projects - Assist & manage high impact software development projects, assisting all aspects of the implementation - Help to define & shape the IT solution architecture and drive simplification efforts - Support to create, propose and execute technology designs, standards and solutions with high impact to the business by engaging with global teams - Support & own issue / risk identification, escalation, resolution and communication to functional and IT stakeholders |

Qualification/ Desired |
- Preferred Major: Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent business/technical - Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills - Fluent in English and Korean - Proactive attitude and Team player |
