Job title: Program Manager Intern
- Contract period: July~ December, 2015 (약 6 개월)
* Expected onboarding date: Jul,1 2015
- Location: Microsoft Korea Office (서울시 종로구 중학동 19 더케이 트윈타워 A동)
- Monthly salary: 세전 월 140만원
- Work hours: Mon – Fri (09:00 – 18:00)
Role & Responsibility
- Research and analyze Korea online market status and trend to deliver excellent user experience in Korea
- Follow up user dissatisfaction issues and validate/monitor product quality under Program manager’s guidance
- Work with developers to launch new services and improve user experience and quality
- Basic administrative and coordination work to support the team
Qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in Korean and English
- Proactive and independent individual having strong interpersonal skill
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skill to clarify ambiguous work and solve complex problems
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Office and Power Point
- Must be enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program (해당 인턴십은 2015년도 2학기에 휴학 예정인 대학생 대상임 / 2016년 2월 졸업예정자 지원 불가)
