Seoul - Document Management Associate, Asia (6-month contract)
Macquarie Funds Group (MFG) is Macquarie Group's funds management business. MFG is a full-service asset manager, offering a diverse range of capabilities and products including infrastructure and real asset management, securities investment management and structured access to funds, equity-based products and alternative assets. The group had $A424.8 billion in assets under management as at 31 March 2014.
MFG has been managing assets for pension funds, institutions and retail investors since 1980 in Australia and 1929 in the US (through Delaware Investments). MFG has a global reach, with a team over 1,500 staff located in 20 countries including Australia, Asia, the UK, Europe and the US.

Responsibilities:
Assisting in the administration and maintenance of an electronic document management system
Creating, classifying and maintaining hard copy files
Maintaining appropriate access requirements for records
Assisting in the archiving of onsite documents to the secondary storage facility
Assisting in the review of documents currently housed off site for retention or disposal
Requirements:
Knowledge of records management principles including issues relating to the management of business records in paper and electronic formats
Familiarity with Internet/Intranet and the fundamentals of networking computing environments, computer literacy; Knowledge of Windows-based applications
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
A strong customer focus with the ability to relate and communicate with others at all levels
The ability to work independently and autonomously
