Research Assistant Intern for US based Private Equity Firm
Looking for highly motivated interns with interest in learning about conducting business due diligence in an M&A situation. Candidate will gain insights into operational problems and issues facing business owners.
Position: Research Assistant / Intern
Service Period: early August – mid/end September
Service Location: Seoul, Korea (may require day-time travel within Seoul to conduct interviews)
Role:
1. Assist in business due diligence including conducting industry research, interviews with industry experts/employees of a Target company
2. Translation of meetings conducted in Korean for non-Korean members in the team
Requirements:
1. A college undergraduate student
2. Preferred majors: Business Administration or Economics (Working knowledge in Finance is helpful but not a must)
3. Fluency in English (requires translation of meetings in Korean for non-Korean speakers)
4. Good communication skills
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
