Description
The New College Graduate (NCG) employees will be assigned to Sales, Technical Service, Customer Service or other functions like HR/Finance considering their competency, job fit and business needs after getting trained.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science or related field
Position Requirement:
- Self motivated team player who understands that personal growth comes with creating team’s success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Good knowledge of polymer/ chemical industry and related field
- Sense of urgency and responsibility
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good computer skills (MS office)
- Internship experience in related industries is preferred.
