JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support Senior bankers in project execute & coverage
- Conduct research to create materials to be used in execution and marketing.
- Participate business & financial due diligence
- Preparation of deal documentation such as teasers, information memorandums, process letters, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 ~ 2 years of prior internship or working experience in investment banking industry required
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
- Understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and M&A process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
