KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Order Processing
- Manage and operate all kinds of daily order process and handle E-commerce stock transfer and order supporting
- Communicate with Warehouse team in order to solve delivery issues
- To handle SAP and Sales System trouble shooting regarding order management
- To notice order information to brand, department with stock information and delivery schedule
2. Inventory Management
- Maintain the targeted month coverage of inventory level
- Monitor department store’s inventory and reallocate it in order to optimize the inventory level
- Participate the physical inventory counting and adjust stock difference
3. Sales Data Management and Report
- Monitor daily sales data and report the various sales related data
- Report monthly sales data, product item list with quantity
EDUCATION
· Bachelor's degree
EXPERIENCE
· Entry Level or experience in customer service related field in multinational consumer goods company
