BDA Partners(“BDA”) is a New York based investment banking firm that advises on international mergers and acquisitions, distressed situations, private placement, capital raisings, valuations and financial restructurings. We specialize in cross-border M&A transactions involving Asia including the Middle East with enterprise values up to US$500m. We have a strong track record advising North American, European, and Asian firms on cross-border transactions. We have offices and professional staff throughout Asia, and in the US and Europe. BDA Seoul office is looking for a highly motivated and qualified intern analyst. We are looking for both 3 months and 6 months contracts. Please specify your preference of working period in the resume.
Qualifications
Proficiency in both verbal and written English
High interest in investment banking and M&A
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities
Self-directed, highly motivated and able to work independently
Strong working knowledge on Excel and Powerpoint
Prior experience in relevant sectors is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Support senior investment bankers in research across various sectors and companies
Assist in preparing pitch books, valuation model and other various works

4. 근무조건 - 근무지: 서울오피스 광화문소재 - 급여: 별도협의 예정
5. 주요 업무 - 실제 Project Team에 투입되어 Professional들과 함께 프로젝트 수행 - 산업 Data 및 각종 회사정보 수집 및 리서치 - 리서치, 엑셀 작업 및 파워포인트 자료 작성 - 국내 및 해외업체 Valuation 제반 사항
6. 지원자격 - Cross-border M&A업무에 관심이 많은 자 - Self-motivated 되어 있으며, 배움에 대한 열망이 강한 자 - 국내외 대학교 또는 대학원 재학생 또는 졸업생 (재학생 선호) - 영어(말하기/쓰기)에 어려움이 없는 자 - 한국에서 근무하는데 법적 문제가 없는 자 (외국인의 경우 F-4 visa 필요)
