Responsibilities:
u Sales & Marketing activity o Generate personal target in Business development party o Develop annual, quarterly and monthly plans o Reports weekly team activity & monthly closing to the Sales & Marketing Manager
u Activities o General activity_ Customer visiting, Technical response to customer’s inquiry etc. o Developing new accounts o Update market situation including competitor activities o Deliver the company value to the market o Participate exhibitions o Communicate and co-work with global segment managers o SMS target generation and follow up o QAD generation
u Customer service o Educate technical information and deliver company news o Efficient handling of customer complaints
u Effective business management on a personal level o Continuous drive to improve productivity and reduce costs o Co-operate with Quadrant colleagues to optimize result and improve efficiency
u Communicate effectively o Professional verbal and written communication o Continuous look for ways to communicate more effectively also using new (internet) technology to do so.
