Job Description
• Check customer PO
• Update shipping information in customer website and upload the documents
• Maintain/consolidate CS related internal reference files
• Report Credit block / Price discrepancy / No ship-plan orders
• Check missing PO, customer website vs. booking system
• Book free sample order and manage the delivery
• Submit expedite request in a tool to expedite shipment process from overseas countries
• Filing
Job Requirement
• Supportive manner to senior colleagues in Team
• Proficiency in using Excel(including Pivot) and Power point
• Decent command of writing/speaking in English, Fluent in Korean
• Preferred Majors in Business Administration, International Trade, Language, and Computer Science
• Open to applicants in job location country
Details
• Location: Trade Tower, Samsung-dong, Seoul (Samsung station, subway line 2)
• Working period: 6 months
• Working hours: 09:00 ~ 18:00, 5 days per week
