About the Job:
Overview:
BTS Seoul is looking for an entry-level business analyst, capable of analyzing complex business environments to come to smart conclusions on what drives profitability and growth, and then developing these into a creative solution as well as delivering them to clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery-based learning solutions and programs.
- Lead workshops and participants through discovery-based learning programs to facilitate participants understanding of relevant business and leadership topics.
- Conduct client interviews to develop an understanding of their company’s business challenges and what their people need to think and do differently to address those challenges.
- Collect and analyze information from multiple sources of data, identifying and summarizing relevant business issues for internal presentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working with clients across varying industries.

About You:
Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree or above, demonstrating academic excellence regardless of discipline or field; master’s degrees and above are also welcomed.
- Business/financial acumen - understands general business, organization structure and industry financials, particularly key business drivers and their implications for how firms make profit.
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills - expresses ideas clearly, concisely and in a well-organized manner; answers questions directly and with substance.
- A mature and professional demeanor, appropriate for client facing situations.
- Time management skills - able to effectively deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
- A desire for extensive domestic and international travel (up to 30% of the year)
