책임
A. Is responsible for new products pricing & reimbursement
– Develops Access strategy for HIRA and negotiation strategy for NHIC in collaboration with a cross-functional team
– Develops product value dossier with relevant clinical and economic data
– Stakeholders Communication: Negotiates with government decision bodies including MOHW, HIRA and NHIC
B. Maximizes business opportunity in collaboration with Business Unit
– Leads reimbursement expansion for in-line product
– Provides access expertise to BD(business development)
C. Brings into Access team operations
– Provides single point of contact for assigned Business Unit
– Takes lead on regular communication (e.g. H&V & PA Update Meeting) with Business Unit in collaboration with Public Affairs
– Communicates with Global Health & Value including PSP (Price Strategy Proposal)
– Manages price information through PRAXIS
자격
- Above Bachelor's degree, preferably in public health, pharmacy, nursing or business
- General understanding of pharmaceutical industry, healthcare policy, pricing and reimbursement system, HTA, and pricing decision-making process
- Fluency in English and Korean (both verbal and writing skills)
