Description
Responsibilities
Intern at Fixed income team will assist;
- Both internal and external periodic reports including translation from Korean to English.
- Operational tasks related to transactions of fixed income products, currency trading, interest rate and FX derivatives and so on.
- Conduct research on global macro, EM macro, US and Korea credit markets(US HY, US Leveraged Loan, Korea Credits) and collate market responses and implications.
- Ad-hoc clients’ requests for presentations, performance reviews and investment perspectives and so on.
The intern will work closely with a fixed income investment management team comprised of Research Analysts, Traders and Portfolio Managers.
Qualifications
- Have excellent both written and spoken Korean and English
- Have or be expected to have bachelor’s degree in preferably business, economy, finance and accounting or other related field of study
- Be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive and able to deliver against challenging targets with limited supervision and direction
- Have basic knowledge in finance, preferably fixed income products with analytical and numerical skills
- Be a team player
