IT Temp Position 채용(Desk Side Engineer)

REQUIREMENTS for Desk Side Engineer Support:
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for 1st level support of the PC Hardware and Applications. Particular responsibilities include Windows system administration, Networking and desktop application support.
POSITION TITLE:
Temporary staff (entry level) for 1 year
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
University Degree preferred
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Technical skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Windows administration
· Good understanding of Intel based PC desktop architecture and Microsoft Windows configuration
· Good understanding of IT service desk system to record, update and document end user request
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and common shrink-wrapped applications
· Experience with Microsoft SMS is an advantage
· Knowledge of network and PBX administration is an advantage
Business acumen
· Familiarity with financial services organization - relative importance of technology to the business
· Knowledge with market data infrastructure and applications is an advantage
Character/Professionalism
· Excellent command of written and oral communication skills
· Mature and self-motivated, can work alone with minimal dependence on management
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Strong service focus and inter-personal skills for user support
· Fluency in Korean and English (oral & writing)
