Description
- The role will be responsible for providing client servicing to the institutional business team covering Offshore Korean clients from HK.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and work with operational functions to provide account service to existing clients including
regular reporting and billing and new client on-boarding
- Handle client queries on strategy and account related queries/issues i.e. after-sales-service support and ad
hoc enquiries
- Maintain a complete and up-to-date client profile and document client relationship on an ongoing basis as
well as internal UBS management reports. Conduct due diligence exercise on new and existing clients
- Coordinate client events such as client training, conference and visits as well as all internal UBS meetings and
activities across APAC and Singapore location including but not limited to risk meetings, UBS events etc.
- Prepare and update pitch books and presentation material in support of the business development initiatives
- Work with RFP team to complete RFP/RFIs as well as with other investment functions to provide information
for prospects
- Assist in cross-selling UBS strategies / products to existing clients and new clients
- Provide support and back up to institutional sales
- Translation of ENG- KOR and KOR- ENG
Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:
- Good understanding of investment products and process
- Team player with strong interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexible and positive
- Preferred degree in Business/ Economics/ Finance / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science
- Excellent command of English and Korean
- EXCEL, Word and Power point expert
