The Key Jobs and Task of the Position
Distributor Risk Management
- Support and implement distributor audit (Distributor office, Rally extra)
- Operate and support Distributor Compliance Committee
- Conduct regular compliance activity with local law and corporate regulation
- Provide a counseling service to distributors to hedge business risk
Business Support
- Support and communicate with relevant department about compliance issue
- Update corporate regulation and implement employee training
- Manage and monitor compliance issues of distributor business with law firm
- Coordinate external compliance training and update training material
Education Level: Univ. (4yr) degree and above (Major : Law)
Year of Experience: 0~1 years’ experience
Job Skill
- Open minded and eager to meet new challenges
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Have a strong capability of stress management
- Excellent research, Analytical and Communication skills
- Excellent in MS Office (Especially, PowerPoint)
Language Ability: Good English(Writing & Speaking) *TOEIC Speaking Level 6
Salary Range: Possible to negotiate
