Global Markets Sales Assistant – Entry Position

BNP Paribas Seoul Branch is looking for a highly energetic, enthusiastic, and diligent candidate for a sales assistant position within Global Markets. Candidates must be bilingual, i.e. fluency in both English and Korean is required. Due to the large number of applicants, only those who have demonstrated academic achievement at the highest level are encouraged to apply.
As a sales assistant, your responsibilities will encompass (but not limited to):
- helping derivatives marketers with preparation of marketing materials
- generating risk profile simulations of foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives
- communicating with structuring teams in regional headquarters
- translating various legal and financial documents from English to Korean, vice versa
- producing and providing professional-quality market research documents to clients
- performing quantitative analyses using MS Excel and in-house software tools
- assisting with general affairs in the Dealing Room

- independent, responsible, and detail-oriented
- able to multi-task, withstand stress, and meet tight deadlines
- interested in working in a highly dynamic and challenging environment
- adept at producing professional-quality documents in both English and Korean
- capable of grasping complex mathematical ideas behind derivative pricing
- eager to make the best use of their knowledge in economic sciences
- able to start work immediately once selected
