Our Management Trainee Programme is a two-year programme designed to help you embark on your journey from graduate to one of our leaders of the future. The Management Trainee Programme gives you the opportunity to broaden your horizons; offering you the chance to build foundations in your chosen function; opportunity to gain international exposure; and to work with colleagues from a wide diversity of backgrounds and cultures. It will prepare you for your first management position and allow you to make an early impact in your career. You will be in the driver’s seat the whole way – it will be up to you to take charge of your own development and manage your own career, but support and encouragement will be given every step of the way from managers and peers.
Global Management Trainee 프로그램(이하 MT 프로그램)은 BAT만의 독특한 고속 관리자 육성 프로그램으로서 BAT Korea에는 2001년에 도입되었습니다. (※ MT는 정직원입니다.)
MT 프로그램의 구성요소:
• 2년 간 해당 부서의 집중적인 실무교육을 통해 초급관리자로서의 리더십 및 직무 역량 육성
• MT가 소속되어 있는 부서 외의 타 부서 (1~2 부서) 순환 근무를 통한 비즈니스 통찰력 개발
• 2년차 MT는 3-6 개월 동안 해외 브리티쉬 아메리칸 토바코 그룹사 파견 근무
• 사내의 상급 관리자로부터의 코칭 및 멘토링 지원

전형 및 일정:
• 서류접수 기간 : 2015년 2월 22일 (일) 23시 까지
• 전형안내
1. 적성평가 및 영어 회화능력 평가: 3월 10일 (화) 오후 7시
2. 실무자 면접: 3월 중순
3. Assessment Centre (심층역량면접): 3월 말
4. 최종면접: 3월 말
5. 입사: 4월 초
* 상기 일정은 회사 내부 사정에 의하여 변동될 수 있습니다.
자격 조건:
• 졸업예정자 (2015년 8월 졸업 예정자, 단 2015년 4월부터 근무 가능한 자) 또는 경력 2년 미만의 기 졸업생
• 한국어와 영어 능통자, 해외 근무 가능자
• 자기 계발에 주도적이며 진취적인 성격, 뛰어난 대인관계 능력을 바탕으로 한 팀워크의 소유자
