Position Description
The purpose of this position is to help drive the IS business by working on specified Industry and client segments including all aspects of survey management from design and administration to data collection and validation. The essential job responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to, below:
• Drives for continuous quality improvements of products, solutions and services through enhancements of tools and processes, as deemed appropriate and necessary such as data collection kit re-design, holding job matching sessions, pre-survey meetings, reviewing submission timelines.
• Build a sustainable client trust in and loyalty to Mercer by being up to date with the latest trends in the assigned industries and how these trends are influencing compensation and benefits and/or HR practices. Where appropriate, to proactively work with internal key stakeholders on new solutions, products and services for this client group.
• Ensures the delivery of quality surveys and other information/insights in a timely manner by working collaboratively with internal key stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to internal and external clients.
Requirements
A successful candidate for this position will have the following knowledge, skills and expertise.
• Fluent English in both writing and speaking is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, statistics or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience(including Intern), preferably in the Compensation & Benefits field or in client-interfacing job in a professional services firm
• Broad knowledge of research and survey methodologies
• High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to details
• Capacity to acquire competence in the use of in-house applications
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of MSExcel, SPSS, or any other statistical package
