●업무 내용
- 발주 관련 업무 (Order booking, 선적 일정 확인, 선적서류 전달) → 스위스, 벨기에 등과 확인 업무
- Shipment 관리 – EU(스위스, 벨기에 등)로 부터의 shipment 일정 확인 및 고객과의 커뮤니케이션
- 커미션 마감
- 매월 매출 마감 – Monthly report 작성
- 샘플 요청 및 통관 진행
- 화학물질관련 신고 서류 제출
- 원산지 관련 업무 – 한-EU
●자격요건
- 경력 형태: 신입 (경력 1년 미만)
- 무역, 화학 관련 전공자 우대
- 수출입 관련 전반적인 업무 파악자 우대
- SAP 경험 – 기초 활용 경험 우대
- 고객관리(Customer Service) 경험 우대
- 영어 활용 능력: 업무적으로 (전화, 이메일 등) 의사 소통이 가능해야 함
