Position: Texas Instruments Korea Logistics Internship
Working period: 6 months (Nov. 4 ~ May 3, 2015)
Job Description:
Logistics Administration
1) Manage Daily MISC shipments for Import & Export
- Generate shipping doc’s
- Daily Customs clearance / Handle customs broker
- Local delivery / Sub-con coordination
- Communication with employees
- Export Control check / report
2) Weekly & Monthly Activities
- Weekly VAT & Duty Report
- In & outbound trend analysis (HS Code / Duty / Forwarder…etc)
- HUB Close and analysis
3) Documentations and update new trend of Korea Customs
4) Manage TI Korea WPL blog
5) WPL (worldwide procurement & logistics) project support
Export Control Administration
1) Release ECCN report to sub-con / Disty
2) Report control items to KR government.
Procurement Administration
1) Vendor set up
2) Buyer assistance (PR / PO process)
- Vendor communication (sourcing / contract…etc)
- 2P2 Team in PH coordinator
- Internal user training
Job Requirements:
- Completed 3.0+ years at University
- Major: Preferred Logistics / Supply Chain / International Trade
- Language: Good command in English (above TOEIC 850)
- Computer: MS Office skill required (especially Excel & PPT skill)
- Only apply for those who work for 6 month full-time
